Affiliate disclosure

Last updated 27 July 2026

This disclosure is written to satisfy the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements, and to answer the question plainly for anyone who wants to know whether the recommendations here are bought.

The short version

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, I may receive a commission from the seller. You pay nothing extra. If you would rather not send a commission my way, searching the product name directly will get you to the same place.

Which links

Affiliate links are marked in the page code with rel="sponsored" and they open in a new tab. In practice they are the links to specific supplement products inside the guides. Links to studies, medical institutions, and reference sites are never affiliate links, and I have no financial relationship with any of the journals, clinics or organizations cited.

What the commission does not buy

Where a cheaper option, a grocery store product, or doing nothing at all is the better answer for a given reader, that is what the guide says. Several pages here tell you to fix sleep timing and caffeine before buying anything.

Programs

Restful Night Lab participates in affiliate programs operated by third-party retail platforms, including BuyGoods. Commission rates vary by product and are not disclosed to readers by the platforms, but they do not vary by how favorably a product is described here, because that is not how those programs work.

Questions

If anything here looks like a conflict of interest that has not been disclosed, write to Galaxy-trade2000@gmail.com and I will address it.
